As announced in the Federal Register on January 18, 2018, the Haitian TPS Designation will be terminated July 22, 2019. Also announced was the TPS designation for El Salvador that will be terminated September 9, 2019.
The 60-day re-registration period for both countries runs from January 18, 2018 through March 19, 2018.
If you would like to apply to re-register you will need to file form I-821, and if you want to extend your Employment Card you should submit form I-765.
The Federal Register also announces the extension of the Employment Card for ALL current TPS holders for 6 months whether or not you apply for re-registration. You may use this notice to show an employer if there are questions about your ability to be lawfully employed:
