Confidential support is available as you consider becoming a parent or placing your baby for adoption. Our pregnancy counselors can help you care for yourself and your baby throughout your pregnancy and after your child is born.

About CCC Adoption Services

Adopting a baby or placing a baby for adoption is a life-changing decision for everyone involved. Our adoption and pregnancy counselors offer compassionate guidance and experienced support throughout the adoption journey.

We are a licensed, full-service adoption agency providing adoption services throughout the state. CCC is one of the only providers of infant adoptions in far southwest Virginia. 

When you are ready to begin your adoption journey, our decades of expertise can help make the process a little easier for you.

Tami Hudson

Adoption and Pregnancy Counseling Program Supervisor

Richmond

Tami began working in the field of adoption in 2001. With 21 years at Commonwealth Catholic Charities, she has ample experience working with families who have adopted both domestically and internationally.

Donna Banks

Adoption Case Worker and Pregnancy Counselor 

Richmond

Donna has been working in adoptions for 34 years and has been with Commonwealth Catholic Charities for 16 years. She has a wide range of experience navigating both domestic and international adoptions.

 

Originally from New York, Donna has been a Virginian since 1989. In her free time she enjoys exercising, swimming and spending time with her 5 adult children and her husband.

Bridget Mullins

Adoption Case Worker and Pregnancy Counselor 

Norton

"I want to help children achieve permanency, and find their forever families, assist birth mothers in making the best decision for themselves and their children, and help adoptive families grow their families."

Bridget has experience working in CCC's foster care programs by being a voice for children in the court system, and helping youth transition out of foster care. Now, she is excited to help families make permanent loving homes as an adoption case worker and pregnancy counselor.

Marge Thornton

Adoption Case Worker and Pregnancy Counselor 

Roanoke

Marge is a dedicated adoption professional with 35 years of experience, specializing in agency, parental placement, international, and interstate adoptions. Her deep commitment to this vital work has brought her back to the field part-time after retirement, allowing her to continue supporting families and children through the adoption process.

Julie Vance

Adoption Case Worker and Pregnancy Counselor 

Roanoke

"I love working with individuals and families to help them reach their goal of adoption. I love serving people and to assist those in need of a helping hand."

Julie has over 15 years of experience in adoptions and has been with Commonwealth Catholic Charities for 6 years.
