Immigration Services

Immigration law can be complicated. It is so important to have your immigration documents handled correctly the first time, and by a reliable source. Mishandling immigration paperwork by an unqualified person can lead to costly delays and other complications for you and your family. All of our immigration counselors are accredited by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). Only licensed attorneys and those accredited by the BIA are authorized to practice immigration law in the U.S. Refugees are provided with information on permanent resident alien status and family reunion procedures, which includes the preparation and filing of Affidavits of Relationship (AORs), Visa 93 Petitions, and other related documentation. Other Immigration Counseling Services include:

  • General Immigration Services (green card applications, work permits, etc.)
  • Family-based Immigration Services
  • Citizenship
  • Temporary Protected Status and Asylum
  • Employment-based Immigration Services
  • Self-petitions under the Violence Against Women Act
  • Informational Workshops
