Independence For Seniors
Independence for Seniors (IFS) supports healthy lifestyles and interactions for mature adults. Our program helps to improve the quality of life for seniors by encouraging personal relationships, stress reduction, mental activity, and good nutrition.
All IFS clients have access to the support of our professional social worker who does home visits and provides additional support as well as assistance navigating community services.
